Selecting date range in timesheet doesn't always work

Selecting a range does not work all the time. Shortcuts (this month, lats 14 days, etc) appear to be broken as well

- Milestone order changed from “1” to “0”

It was because of jquery 1.4.4. Returned to jquery 1.3.0.
