Misleading "project name cannot start with a number" error message

The bot sometimes says that project names cannot start with a number even when there is no number at all

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Fixed. We're now a lot more permissive with project names. I also took this opportunity to install the friendly_id gem so we can have prettier Urls on the website.
